Day – 01: Airport/Pinnawala (80km)

  • Arrival at the Bandaranayke International Airport. Meet Explore Lanka Travel agent.
  • After Breakfast Travel to Pinnawala

There are up to 100 elephants here, of all ages. Over 70 baby elephants have been born in captivity here and none returned to the wild. The elephants are led to a nearby river for bathing daily. Overnight stay at pinnawala.

Day – 02: Pinnawala/Kandy (40km)

  • After breakfast travel to Kandy.
  • On the way Spice and Herbal garden :

Visit a spice and herbal garden to see many different types of spices, herbal plants and herbal medicine.

  • At Kandy Visit Temple of tooth relic :

Then Visit The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha.

  • Gem museum :

Hailing from the City of Gems, the Gem Museum is in its fourth generation as a family owned business, and it is a name synonymous with only the finest gemstones in Sri Lanka.

  • Srilanka cultural show :

The Sri Lankan arts, dance and cultural heritage show display a total number of 10 traditional dances and performances that originate from various parts of the country.

Day – 03 : Kandy/Nuwara Eliya (80km)

  • After breakfast travel to Nuwerliya city.
  • On the way Sri Bhaktha Hanuman temple :

Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple is built by Chinmaya Mission of Sri Lanka.The temple itself is situated about 500m from the main road on a hill having a commanding view of the surrounding area. Legend has it that king Ravana has hid Sita in this area at one time and Hanuman come to this area in search of her.

Nuwerliya-Tea factory, nuwerliya lake,seetha devi temple and hanuman footprint,ashoka vana.

  • After finishing nuwerliya travel to Balapitiya.(210km)
  • On the way lunch :

The Madu river and boat safari. (Maybe This program is change next-day depending on timing)

The Madu River is very rich in biodiversity. It passes through the wet zone of Sri Lanka opening up into the large Madu Lagoon on its way to the Indian Ocean. The Madu River area surrounding the river are all swampy marshlands covered in mangrove forests.

  • Turtle farm visit.
  • Beach entertainment.

Overnight stay at Hikkaduwa or Bentota.

Day – 04: Bentota/Colombo (80km)

  • After breakfast travel to Colombo.
  • At Colombo : St. Anthony’s Church Kochchikade :

Kochchikade St. Anthony’s Church is one of the most prominent places of worship in Sri Lanka. It is also one of the oldest churches in Sri Lanka with its consecration dating back to the 1st of June 1834 in the time of the British colonial period.

  • Ponamapalavanar temple kochikade :

The Famous fully stoned Sivan temple.

Overnight stay at Colombo.

Day – 05 : Colombo

  • After breakfast visit : Colombo

Colombo City Tour :- Colombo harbour, president house, Bandaranaike memorial hall, town hall, independent square, Galle face beach, old parliament,etc.

  • Shopping at Colombo
  • After shopping, Transfer to Airport for final departure.
